We crafted a custom-fit training program that laid the groundwork for effective problem solving. It utilized the DMAIC approach as a pathway toward innovation through Design for Six Sigma.

The first season of partnership in 2013 was capped with 16 strong, large-scale projects that generated approximately a billion pesos in savings (which have been financially validated).

From the same season, our delegate to a region-wide competition bagged the title of ‘Project of the Year,’ besting entries from Singapore, Australia, Thailand, and other neighboring countries. In 2015, the same team was also recognized for ‘Best Project – IT Enabled Process’ in the annual IQPC Process Excellence (PEX) Awards held in the US. We finished 10 projects, where two will be competing in the SingTel CREST Awards in Bangkok, Thailand.
