We measure our success not just by the number of individuals we train and certify, but also on the number of organizations we partner with in their pathway toward their Lean Six Sigma deployment. This includes looking at the significant impact our programs brought the company—from the employees to the bottom line, and even to society and the environment.
Our end-to-end service includes stakeholder preparation, organizational diagnostics, project identification, training, project mentoring, and over-all guidance to program governance. Our curriculum is complete and holistic, ensuring our approach aligns with what’s needed by the organization without compromising the depth of the methodology.

Individuals will be selected to be part of the program. They will be briefed on the rationale, expectations, and conditions, and may also nominate peers subject to their supervisor’s approval.
Talents will undergo training as required by the proficiency level they intend to enlist in. Perfect attendance is required throughout the duration of the course, with schedules to be released by Globe University.
After training, talents are expected to work on their projects. They may subsequently enroll in continuous improvement programs or seek assistance from the organization on our offered consultation reinforcements in order to better mobilize their projects.
Talents may submit their project storyboards upon project completion, which will then be deliberated upon and revisions made if necessary. Once finished, the talent will earn their certification.
