These are the four phases that have molded our Quality Journey as we put purpose at the heart of QUALITY.

Last  October 23-24, 2025, at The Manor in Baguio City, the Philippine Society for Quality, Inc. (PSQ) spearheaded the 35th National Quality Forum. Diverse industries came together to forge a future that’s not only excellent, but ethical, sustainable and human centered.

We were fortunate to grace the event and talk about digitalization in our presentation, “Go Big Data or Go Home: Top 10 trends on data fluency for the new millennium.” As digitalization remains top of mind for transformative solutions, we can’t ignore the fact that data analytics has become essential in making these technology-driven innovations more relevant and adaptive to the needs of many, regardless of demographic.

We also talked about the power of IoT, the scalability of AI, the wealth of information that can be obtained from dark data, the democratization of data, cybersecurity, and data ethics.

PSQ is a non-stock, non-profit organization established in 1969 in cooperation with the Productivity Development Center and 64 Charter members (representatives of different companies and individuals). The group laid down the groundwork for setting up a quality control organization that can serve as a catalyst for action in the application of quality management.
