MEJIASTRAT has been fortunate to serve as the Learning and Strategic Partner of Aboitiz affiliates in deploying Service Excellence across their businesses.

Our work began with SN Aboitiz Power, the hydroelectric power generation company of Aboitiz, where we collaborated with their leaders in Northern Luzon to identify key projects. This was followed by engagements with the Coal Business, where we identified projects in the Coal Operations and in support groups.

Our partnership then expanded to the Renewable Energy unit, where we facilitated Champions training for executives, enabling them to lead others through the Lean Six Sigma program. From there, we extended our work to the Oil Business unit, where we held a special class on Lean Six Sigma: Black Belt—the first custom-fitted Black Belt class in the organization. These power generation business units, together with UnionBank and City Savings Bank, have been our partners within the Aboitiz conglomerate.
