We built the MERALCOSTAR programs as a service culture meant to promote volunteerism among employees. The goal was to deliver continuous improvement projects. We conducted trainings on the domain of Human Centered Design and Problem Solving. Meralco Linemen, engineers, meter readers, ocular inspectors, and leaders across the board attended these trainings..

Since its inception, the MERALCOSTAR program has served as the culminating event each year—a celebration of legacy stories made by the very people who lived and shaped the process.
