Diligence & Management Systems
This program focuses on the deployment of Quality Management System (QMS) compliance as aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. It includes competence development training for internal auditors and coordinators, the execution of compliance audits, the development of a certification-ready execution plan, and the facilitation or reviews of QMS artifacts. We also provide knowledge involving Balanced Scorecard, Risk-Based Thinking, and Metrics Management.
