our humble beginnings

Jeff Mejia braved through and took the company to its flight. His calling started way back 2003 where he was immediately exposed to Lean Six Sigma fresh from finishing a degree in Statistics. At the age of 23, he was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and the story began to unfold. He had provided value to several organizations, partnered with consulting firms in his tenure, had trained individuals and had left a mark which is his effortless take on providing quality concepts regardless of its complexity, combining it with his enthusiasm, passion and humor. His bankable knowledge and experience on Quality Management can leave a class with so much learning, with him just holding a board marker.

Words from his trainee he took seriously and that today, Jeff formed this organization with the thrust of being not only a training provider on Quality Management but more as a long term valued partner.
