Our LEAN SIX SIGMA Body of Knowledge is COMPLETE and RELEVANT. Our days of training are productive enough to cover in an in-depth manner the necessary tools and techniques to finish problem solving projects. Our days of training are neither cut short thus compromising the level of learning nor shortchanged. As an example, we provide the Green Belt as a Team Leader, what he needs to be equipped with completely to LEAD a project; Black Belts on the other hand, are honed to become PROJECT MENTORS complete with the understanding on the science and approach. Thus, we have a practical understanding of the roles and responsibilities of these competence levels and from there designed the learning content accordingly. Our approach goes beyond what textbooks can offer. Together with the delegates, we collaborate to the point of meshing the science behind and its application to the organizations’ key strategic objectives.

LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT TRAINING

The role of a Yellow Belt is to provide valuable participation as a team member most especially in the area of establishing the problem, root cause analysis and solution idealization. Hence, we provide our Yellow Belts the complete body of knowledge to understand the end-to-end approach of Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) which is the problem solving platform of Lean Six Sigma.

LEAN SIX SIGMA CHAMPIONS' TRAINING

The objective of this training is to provide a high level strategic understanding of the methodology and how it is being applied to various quality models available in the industry. This training aims not to alter the organizations key programs but to have a sound fitment on how Lean Six Sigma may synchronize to the organization’s best practices.

LEAN MENTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM for SERVICE targets to hone Lean Experts in the field of providing excellent service may it be in the areas of Business/Knowledge Process Outsourcing, Financial Institution, Government, Forwarding & Distribution, Real Estate, Telecommunications and others. This training is highly applicable as well on shared support groups such as Human Resource, IT, Forecasting, Training, Legal, Facilities and Administration, Communications and General Management. Lean Mentor for Service targets to train individuals in the areas of proper utilization of manpower, elimination of systemic wastes, cutting of non-value adding activities that prolong turn-around times, and preventive techniques for error reduction initiatives.
