Our versatility in rendering our service may it be assessment, training or consulting morphs with the intention of bridging the gap between where they are now and where they want to go. The wonderful partnership between the client and us starts with that first visit.
The immensity of our proficiency is what makes our service highly flexible meeting the direct needs of our clients in establishing their Quality Program. We have pioneered the adaptation of Quality Maturity Levels at a more universal context; not to place a quality rank for an organization but rather, identify the maturity gaps the organization has and from there create a governance plan that will interconnect various quality initiatives well instead of implementing them like a “flavor of the month”—doing it just because they want to do it.
That first visit — an exploratory meeting we offer to our clients without any charge. Hard selling is at the least of our agenda; this is primarily allocated to understand the client’s motivation to deploy a quality initiative and to diagnose its fitment with their current state. Either we enhance their current motivation and transform it into a concrete plan or, we challenge and we recommend an alternative that will be better in meeting what they aspire. After which, we then offer an end-to-end service which is a synergy of training, consulting and/or assessment. This is not force-fitted but rather the commencement of our collaboration; this may change and evolve to end at a game plan where our client understands our strategic value in the long run. As our clients mature, so do us as we keep on creating services that will be abreast with their progress.
