TRAINING

Our training service is classified into two: FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS and MODULAR COURSES.

Functional Development Programs are training programs that provide a mix of several modular courses that are strategically combined to meet a particular skill set. An example of which would be the Lean Six Sigma Proficiency Development Programs for Champions, Yellow, Green and Black Belts. Modular Courses are training offering focused on a particular quality context, designed to develop adeptness of an individual on a given quality aptitude. Example would be: Modular Course on Root Cause Analysis or, modular course on a specific analytical tool like Statistical Process Control or Measurement System Analysis.

PROCESS DIAGNOSTICS

This service is in line with our Compliance & Standards domain. We offer diagnostics for Quality Management System inclusive of Desktop and On the Floor Audit. We create our audit trails comprehensive and specific to the process concerned; we can even further adjust depending on the targeted issue; may it be concentrated on documentation requirements, human resource, infrastructure, environment, process adherence, analytics and continual improvement.
