Our days of training are productive enough to cover in an in-depth manner the necessary tools and techniques to finish problem solving projects. Our days of training are neither cut short thus compromising the level of learning nor shortchanged. As an example, we provide the Green Belt as a Team Leader, what he needs to be equipped with completely to LEAD a project; Black Belts on the other hand, are honed to become PROJECT MENTORS complete with the understanding on the science and approach. Thus, we have a practical understanding of the roles and responsibilities of these competence levels and from there designed the learning content accordingly. The role of a Yellow Belt is to provide valuable participation as a team member most especially in the area of establishing the problem, root cause analysis and solution idealization. Hence, we provide our Yellow Belts the complete body of knowledge to understand the end-to-end approach of Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) which is the problem solving platform of Lean Six Sigma.

The objective of this training is to provide a high level strategic understanding of the methodology and how it is being applied to various quality models available in the industry. This training aims not to alter the organizations key programs but to have a sound fitment on how Lean Six Sigma may synchronize to the organization’s best practices.
