We have trained thousands, fractions of which are Champions, Black Belts, Green Belts, various individuals on specific modules attending here and abroad. We take pride on this, and more. Apart from the trainings we have given, it is with utmost pleasure that we have partnered with numerous organizations in deployment of their Quality Programs. We have been working with a contact center for four consecutive years till present where our partnership grew from deployment of Lean Six Sigma, evolving to Innovation Projects which led them to be at the forefront of Quality Awards. We have been partnering with a Financial Institution where our efforts grew and expanded as a Quality Program for the Asia Pacific region. We are working with Distribution & Customer Care where our deployed projects had been recognized offshore. We are the primary vendor of a Telco organization where we have revamped their Continuous Improvement Program inclusive of: Training Development, Project Selection and Governance that had been dramatically accepted by stakeholders across levels. With this, it is a delight for us to offer you our experience that is not confined in class; we perform and we are where the action is.
Diversity & Scaleability of Projects Completed
The wide array of projects we were able to facilitate and complete is exhaustive; projects that intend to reduce Turn-Around Time, Error Frequencies, Costs, System Outages down to projects that involve Forecast Accuracy, Manpower Utilization, Manufacturing Attributes, Service Fulfillment Metrics even Attrition. Our experience is also rich in managing projects that involve Innovation. Example of which would be: automation projects, process reengineering, transitioning of new accounts, process standardization and even introduction of new products and services. These metrics that we have improved span across organizations of varying natures may it be: Manufacturing, IT Enabled, BPO, KPO, Financial Institution, Telco, Forwarding, Sales, Energy, Real Estate and more. We have finished projects not only for Operations but even for Support Groups like HR, Facilities, IT and Quality Assurance. Our project mix has good distribution of projects that hit customer-impacting metrics, indices to gauge process effectiveness and even voice of the employees. These projects that we have completed had proven its worth delivering a significant leap to the organization’s bottom line and to the welfare of the employees; some even generated a lasting effect to the environment and to the society.

We are no-nonsense; our deep exposure towards Quality Governance is meshed with our ability to provide learning in the most articulate way possible. We have a ground understanding of the analytical and statistical concepts and for this reason, give us that strength to provide clarity on how the context is practically applied to day-to-day business decisions. While we regard concepts as fundamental, we don’t teach by the book; we turn it to a body of knowledge that will directly align to organization needs. We provide the rationale behind and we teach the mechanics on how to do it. On the other hand, our knowledge on Quality Management is cohesive and not modular-centric. This gives us the ability to speak not only about Lean Six Sigma, but even how each and every Quality Model is linked and is complementary with one another, thereby making our offering fluid and end-to-end. This in turn, gives us that vigor to evolve as our clients grow which is the primary key for long lasting partnership.
