Instead of leaping immediately to a particular initiative say Balanced Scorecard or Lean Six Sigma, we often provide diagnostics to determine the organization’s quality maturity level for them to have an Indication as to where they are now and how they will move forward. METRICS MANAGEMENT

We have pioneered a learning framework to cultivate such intelligence which will culminate to inventive projects; may it be starting from nothing or a huge leap from the convention. We then support it with a framework to guide in project management which is, the Design for Six Sigma or DFSS. We provide the service of Balanced Scorecard deployment to organizations that have the desire to streamline the cascading of their strategic objectives from the executives down to the enabler levels. We commit to assess the scorecard stringently to ensure the balance on the objectives which should go beyond the confines of financial targets, thus including the directives relative to leveraging customer satisfaction, optimizing processes and caring for employees’ welfare. COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS
Our domain focuses on deployment of Quality Management System compliance as aligned with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Our core services include competence development training for internal auditors and coordinators, execution of compliance audits, creation of execution plan gearing the pathway to certification and facilitation/reviews of Quality Management System artifacts. Our approach to QMS is not confined with documentation alone as we do not want to leave a limited appreciation to the standard.
